Dr. Kenneth M. Garza, O.D. attended the University of South Carolina in Columbia, South Carolina where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. He then attended the University of Houston College of Optometry in Houston, Texas. 

Dr. Garza is board certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry. He is certified in the Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease by the National Board of Examiners. He is licensed to practice optometry in the state of Texas. He is also a certified Optometric Glaucoma Specialist and member of the American Optometric and Texas Optometric Associations. 

Dr. Garza specializes in pre- and post-operative management of cataract and refractive surgery patients, including LASIK. He fits hard and soft contact lenses, including toric and multifocal lenses. 

When not in the office, you can find him on a golf course or strumming his guitar. During football season, he roots for his beloved South Carolina Gamecocks. His wife Bita is an optometrist also; his two children, Layla and Gavin, are not!

Dr Bita Yousefi Garza was born in Oklahoma and raised in Plano, TX. She received her Bachelors degree from U.T. Dallas and her doctorate of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry. She was working at Frisco Eye Associates for the past 9 years and is very excited to join her husband, Dr. Kenneth Garza, here at Complete Family Eye Care. 

Dr Garza is an active member of the American Optometric Association, Texas Optometric Association, the Northeast Texas Optometric Association, and Vision Trends. She is certified in the treatment and management of ocular diseases, and is also a certified Glaucoma specialist. 

Outside of practicing Optometry, Dr. Bita Garza is actively involved in her children's school, volunteering in the community, and loves to plan family vacations and outings.

"I’m originally from Oklahoma with family in both Oklahoma and Dallas. I’ve been in practice about 8 years after completing an additional year of ocular disease residency training and am also certified as an optometric glaucoma specialist in Texas. I’m very friendly and my goal is to get patients seeing the best they possibly can."

Dr. Amy Dang grew up in Oklahoma and completed her Bachelor’s of Science degree at the University of Oklahoma in 2010 and was a member of the OU Honors College and OU Scholar’s Program. She went on to receive her optometry degree in 2014 from Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry and was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa Optometric Honor Society.

Dr. Dang subsequently completed an additional one-year residency in Ocular Disease & Refractive and Ocular Surgery at Triad Eye Institute in Tulsa, OK, focusing on cataract/corneal surgery, pre- and post-operative care, acute care, ocular disease management including anterior and posterior segment care such as glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, dry eye, and cataracts.

In addition, she is certified as a Therapeutic Optometrist and Optometric Glaucoma Specialist in Texas. She enjoys educating patients about their eyes with the goal of providing the best care she can for each patient.

In her free time, she likes spending time with her husband and friends, pets, traveling, reading, fitness, gardening, and painting.
